Probably go ET42 in the rear and it should fit a 265/30 without rubbing. At least it was what I was told. That's with Hankook tires, not sure about the walls on other brands

That's weird. I am waiting for a set of the GF9 in 19x8.5" ET40 & 19x9.5" ET42. Sounds odd if they can't make the GF7 in ET42 if they can with the GF9. Try and talk to Tiko or have Alex talk to Tiko as MRR confirmed those numbers.

I'm no expert, but I think you need to be somewhere in the ET50s on 10" wide in the back. I'm sure other people got experience with it?

I have an 012 Sport and I bought a set of Ground Force GF07's from Need For Speed.
19 X 8.5 and 19 X 9.5. The ad was marked ET45's F&B.
Alex from Need 4 Speed claimed it was "mislabeled" and said it had to be ET40 F&B according to the wheel manufacturer to fit a W204.
I told him he was nuts and that I wanted 45 and 50 and he said I was wrong and not happening. I even referenced this thread as those specs are all over it and he's a sponsor.
He maintains "I'm wrong bro"...
Seems ET40 will be fine up front but ET40 in the back is too aggressive right? I want flush back there, no poke and no rub with 2 adults in the back seat. Will ET40 work back there with a 265 or 255?
Thoughts? Help!!!

I hope someone answers this because I am looking into similar wheel and tire specs and can't seem to get a solid answer either!

Yea lower the offset the more it stick out. I'd say low 40's front and mid 40's rear if u want it to be flush with the fender

Hey guys new here. Had a quick question. I just got some 19x8.5 et42 fronts and some 19x9.5 et50 rears. What would be a good tire setup for stock suspension with these specs. Also what would be the specs if I were to get some h&r ss?
Thanks in advance

I'm waiting for my set of 19x8.5" ET40 & 19x9.5" ET42 wrapped in 235/35 & 265/30. Should be flush without rubbing and I'm on H&R Super Sports. Should be here during next week and will be on by next Saturday.
Hope that helps!

2013 C250 Sport
First I want to say nice work to everyone that has posted, lots of nice setups in here..
Now I just picked up a 2013 C250 and I'm looking to get some rims. I would like them it be a nice stance staggered but not sticking way out. I will be getting my super sports or coilovers first. Most likely coilovers since I had super sports on my 2008. I think 18's or 19's since the 20's were to big on my 2008 and the rears were 20x10 so I had to roll the rear fenders a little when I put the super sports on and it would still rub on bumps.
What are some good sites and or brands to look at. Also trying to decide if I want deep lips or go with a concave setup this time. So when looking at 18x8.5 F 18x9.5 R, and 19x8.5 F 19x9.5 R what would be the ideal offsets? Lower 40's for the front and high 40's in the rear? Thanks a lot I just don't want to buy rims then not be happy and end up buying new ones again down the road.

Just got mine today, I'll mount them once I get home from work. I can throw up a pic or 2 if I can find decent light somewhere close by. Mine are 19x 8.5" ET40 front and 19x9.5" ET42 rear

Concept One RS-8 rims
5x112
HUB 66.5
Front: 20x8.5 et 38 (2in. lip)
Rear: 20x10 et 43 (3 in. lip)
Would these fit? What size tires would I need? Want to drop it also coilovers or super sports.

Think I'm going to go with Niche Essen rims. Specs below will these work and I will also be getting H&R coilovers.
19x8.5 ET 42
19x10 ET 55
Will this be a nice aggressive staggers stance? Thanks.

I am about to get some summer rims and want opinions on this setup.
-Bbs lm reps 8,5/18" ET 45 front and 9,5/18" ET 43 rear.
I got already some tires, 225/40r18 front and 255/35r18 rear. What do you guys think, does tires fit well and a good set for getting it low with coilovers?

Hehe, they are flush, but yeah on the picture it looks like a poke. You should be safe with your setup, you probably want at least ET45 in the back to be 100% safe. I have scraped once during a sharp turn, so I'll probably roll the fenders to avoid issues with it loaded.
Def don't run more than a 265/30/19 in the back as you'll be rubbing.

Sweet! Im on stock ride height right now. H&R coils will be on order soon. And I should be find on lowering since im a ET47 rear and you are ET42 rear with minor rubbing.

@McLovinggood - Thanks! - I have only rubbed once on this set up and I was going into a corner with a decent speed, so it doesn't rub with regular driving.
@dudeitsmattx - Yeah, you should be good, but you also have the freedom with coils to adjust

Do rub? I'm running 3sdm 0.01 19x8.5 et 40 225/35/19 and 19x9.5 et42 245/35/19 and I rub when I 2 person in the back seat and I'm not even lowered yet.
