How many of you are into the stance scene?

Look at the people walking by in the second photo, and then the driver's expression in the first photo gazing in their direction. Wonder what he is thinking....
"I spent all this time and money stuffing wheels and tires into the wells and people aren't looking at ME! Wah! No one is paying attention! Why won't they look at ME? Don't they think I'm cool and get girls with this car? Wait...wait...look at how I tinted my tail lights!!"

I am interested in a much wider range of topics than those that I personally like. Also, I am intrigued by what motivates folks to make the choices they select...similar to your curiosity about why I continue to read about stance. And, I found that driver's expression in the photo above quite funny and just wanted to share a laugh.

Well i am glad the topic interests you and thought i think your looking at the extreme end of the spectrum as far as buckled fenders and handling, this thread is for those who want to make a car lower with wheels that fit to our standards on how we think a car should look. Believe me, when its done right, you dont sacrifice any handling, and when done right makes it better.

Ohhhh Sportstick....I agree with you (about curiosity) but not on this topic. A "stanced" car is so much more visually appealing then a stock height car. In the end it's about flash and getting ***. FACT.

Hot girls aren't into cars... If it works for you, it's probably just because they see you have enough disposable income to waste on your car, they think you might have money.
Although... if you're screaming for attention by modding your car, you're practically doing the same thing as girls that dress like hookers for attention.
You can get quality *** by cleaning yourself up and having a charming personality. Much better than asian bimbo golddiggers that consider standing in front of a car in a g-string a job.

Buying a set of AMG rims in like-new condition and a new set of Michelin PS2s is going to run at least $3,000. Then I'd have to go through the trouble of selling the wheels and shipping them? No thanks, I don't have time for that garbage. Not to mention $3k is roughly 10% of the car purchase price. If I dumped enough time into it, I'm sure I could find a buyer for the garbage wheels. When you're married and you work over 40 hours a week, that's not exactly a choice way to spend your free time.
