I don't know if these were officially disclosed somewhere already, but through Generation Benz I was able to find technical data on the 2012 models. I have attached them and converted them into PDF for you guys to take a look at. I find the first one more interesting. There is no official release date, and I haven't been able to get more than "retailing this fall".

I find it interesting that they rate the 0-60 time for the new 300 hp engine the same as the current c350 ( 5.9 sec )

I'm really hoping the new 300 hp coupe will be close to the 335i coupe in 0-60 & 1/4 mi times ( 5.3 and 13.5 )

Current c350 has 268 hp / 258 tq

New c350 has 302 hp / 273 tq

It's also interesting that they list the new C250 0-60 the same as old C300 0-60 (7.1 sec).

Why do I find this interesting? Because on the new SLK, they list slower 0-60 on the new upcoming SLK250 than the previous SLK300, about .5 sec difference.

Mercedes really plays around with the 0-60 times.

The never say the accurate 0-60 times , usually slower than what the car actually does .

thats true. on a lot of articles it says 6.0 or 5.9 but I doubt it will be that slow.

Thanks for that info. Interesting to see an inline 4 turbo...probably same motor as B200 Turbo - should be good for some easy power upgrades ....Mosselman Turbo claims extra 30hp with just a chip - makes sense.

Have driven the B200 Turbo and it is fun - though fwd ruins it.

That tech sheet shows the new 350 engines to be at 90 degrees which I believe is wrong. Information I have read states that they are at 60 degrees and don't require the counter rotating balancers.

I don't really know if they are accurate or not. But they come from people who work at Mercedes Headquarters in Montvale, NJ...
