Exclamation Problem w/ Tires Wearing Out

So guys I need your HELP PLEASE!!! I got C63 AMG wheel on my car with the original Pirelli tires it came with and put H&R Sport springs on my car and never did a wheel alignment. After a few months I noticed that the front right tire was wearing out on the exterior part of it which is facing the outside of the car. The front left tire was fine just normal wear and the 2 rear tires are fine. So I decided to get 2 of the same tires again for the front, from one of the members here and the tires had about 90% left. Right after i put the 2 new tires I went and got a wheel alignment cause I figure thats what caused for my front right tire to wear out. I got the wheel alignment on 11/11/10 and i got a print out stating it was corrected but now I just noticed that the front right tire only is wearing out on the outside part again which is the same spot of what happen to the previous tire. So I need your HELP guys cause I don't know what's the problem or what i should do. Thank you everyone for your help.

Does the alignment paperwork mention anything regarding toe in/toe out adjustment or just camber?

I am sure some of the lowering experts will chime in with the potential cause based on something that particular modification can cause - good luck with that...until then, throw the other good tire you have left over from the left side back on there...

Hey Scat this is what it says for the Right Front (Before: Camber -0.3 Caster 10.4 Toe 0.23) (After: Camber -0.2 Caster 10.4 Toe 0.05)....So what you think?

I would say they addressed both correctly - So, for "toe in" issues it would mean the tires are not aimed straight forward, but the front of the tire is pointing in towards the engine if you can picture that - thus causing outer tire wear. Now for the slightly negative camber, it actually means the tires are almost perfect top to bottom, but slightly out at the bottom - If you had a high degree of positive camber, the bottom of the tire touching the ground would be "pushed in", causing outer tire wear. Does not appear to be an alignment issue from what I can see in the after numbers.

So what should I do in this case. Could the drop on the car be causing this? Should I put back my stock springs?

RWD? On RWD cars the tires go out faster.

On what basis do you make this claim? Heavier vehicles contribute to increased tire wear. As long as you are not spinning the rear tires, the reduced weight of rwd should make them last longer, although the difference is likely very small.

Do you go around turns fast, especially highway ramps?

Tanktube the wheel alignment and air pressure looks good to me but I was thinking about going back to the place where they did the wheel alignment to have them check it over again but it looks to me like that might not be the problem.....JcTevere I do take turns and highway ramps fast sometimes not all the time and is weird cause its only wearing out the front right tire on the outside part. When I had my 07 A4 Quattro Manual I would abuse it at turns and the tires would last way much longer. This situation is making me angry cause I still can't find an answer to solve this problem -__-

You need to do a full alignment & get it right. They need to fit the fluted, 3 position eccentric castor & camber bolts & do a full alignment to Benz spec.

Ok so after doing some research on the forums I found this thread and I think this might be the problem cause my car makes the cracking noise when I turn the steering wheel and now the outter part of one of my tires in the front is wearing out and as Glyn M Ruck mentions it in this thread

What do you guys think, could the Castor arm bushes/bearings (Thrust arm) be the problem?

It could well be the problem. If the Castor arm bushes are cracked & torn/leaking silicone fluid you can't achieve stable wheel alignment setting.

The bushes are cheap & a known problem. Replace them & at the same time fit the fluted 3 way bolts.
