After a long process I finely had to sell the lease to BMW and get a certified pre-owned with 41,000 miles and a 100,000 mile warranty at no cost. I will miss my benz but the bmw drives really well a completely different feel, its a sport package auto :-( couldn't find a manual!!

I might be selling my rims not sure, it looks like they fit my bmw i went to the dealer and saw a white bmw 328 with the same rims..but I am most likely going to sell them!!!! If anyone is interested let me know I will pm the price, be aware local pick up ONLY! I live in Tarzana CA. PM ME IF INTERESTED!

Good luck - I did the opposite and came out of a BMW 330CI, both are great cars, just wanted a change myself.

BTW - The rims on your 328 are WAAAY nicer than the 5 spokers on the white beamer or your 300...just my opinion.

Basically he still had time left on his lease so BMW bought his merc and worked his existing payments into his new payment for the BMW .

thank you! exactly...and yes you can do that if you see that you will go over your miles you have the option to sell the lease to the next dealer, i did that with my audi. I went to MB and sold them the lease and got the Merc I was upside down $3,000 but its better than what i would've have to pay for mileage by the end of my lease. I had this merc a little over 1 1/2 year and I had already 37,000 miles (i like to drive) so it made sense to get rid of it.
