What would a c300 P1, 4 matic with 115,000 miles be worth, well maintained, all highway miles.

Private sale on Kelley Blue Book is between 16.6K and 18.2K depending on good to excellent condition....

A mere 14.5K to 15.9K trade in value...Drive it until it dies...

I think that's pretty good....we're talkin a $40k car, so with 115k miles, $15-18k (or a little over 50% depreciation) is good.

You can go to KBB, Edmunds, etc., and enter your zip + options, condition, etc. and get an answer. Selling outright vs. trade (which you didn't mention) can make a difference.

Well it kind of depends on if it's paid off or you still owe money on it. If it's paid for you might as well sell if you really want something else since it will keep depreciating over time esp. with that high mileage! If you still owe on it, I'd keep it since you would probably lose a bunch of $$$. I thought about trading mine too but I would lose $3-4K since I still owe on it and it is depreciating rapidly... Great car to hold onto tough, just kind of bored already.
