How much for 2010 Mercedes C350

I am getting interested in a brand new Mercedes C350. There is one locally thats a leftover. Sticker price is $44,385. What should I be able to buy this for? What would be a very good deal? Its black and it has the mocha interior which im not a big fan of. It does have the multimedia package though.

Perhaps start around $38 and meet around $40, looking at the above graph. BTW, my last car before the MB was also an SRT8.....Magnum.

Im in NJ and last week as a returning MB leasee I got a 51,763k MSRP C350 for 46 flat. 5k down 550 month 36 mos. I would go 38k tops. These have the lowest residuals, least wanted cars, the 300 4matic has best residual. Also note multimedia in an 2010 doesnt mean harmon kardon, it got broken up into 3 groups in 2010, MM unit, nav and HK all seperate, My 08 350 had one option and gave u everything.....

2010 SLK
I just bought a left over 2010 SLK in CA and they discounted the car $ 11,000. MB is paying the dealers money to sell the leftover cars. They call it "trunk" money.
