Let's see, my 2010 C300 Sport is running 17x7.5" up front and 17x8.5" out back. The rims I found are a split, they're 17x8". The tires will work OK won't they? 225x45's front and 240x40's rear. Will this work with straight 17X8's all around?

Exactly what I did and it works very well...actually, unnoticeable.

try tires.com or tire rack for max wheel width for tires.

Typo? Rears are 245/40-17, not 240?

Yes, we have the same car....

Note they now carry 17" with staggered widths, just like the original size, with 44 offset. When I bought mine, all they had was 17x8", but as the earlier thread shows, that worked just fine!

**Will need spacers for AMG Brakes**
What does this mean? Does it mean I need to buy spacers?

If you have done a big brake kit like from brembo or have the C63 AMG brakes then you need spacers. Doubt you swapped your original brakes for any of those so no, you do not need spacers. I could be wrong though.

Is that the price per set!!!!! Ohhh nooo, think I know my next mod.

Is there any way to get MBZ center caps though?

Are these "quality" rims? (Not sure what the industry standards are)

Yes, per set. TUV, JWL, and ISO9001 certified sources. My set took very little weight to balance, and indication of good processes.

Would I be able to swap my stock tires onto them? That would be huge (for saving $$).
Go back to post #2 and check my link. I have 17x8 at all four corners. I think they look fine, but that is personal taste. 18" doesn't strike my eye as much as it does for some others here. I had already upgraded my tires to Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus, but in the OE size, so yes, stock tires can swap right on.
