I know the ones w the black plastic shroud is for a luxury W204 not a sport model. The ones w the fog light bezel looks kinda funky, Id have to see it installed to know if it looks right

I bought some of those cheap ones off of ebay and made my own grille backing, cost about 35 dollars total and actually looks pretty cool and is completely reversible. no cutting of the fog mounting is required and I just wired them to my side markers.

You purchased these from illuminations if not what website, waterproof? They have a bluish tint. How did u make the back grills. Can you make them work with the existing fog lists.

That is the ebay link to the seller I bought them from.
I made the grille backing out of a semi flexible plastic taht I just trimmed with sheet metal snips. Then I bought some metal grill from home depot and cut out some sections that were the same size as the plastic pieces.
Then wrapped the edges of the mesh around the plastic and then plasti-dipped it.
Drill a couple holes in the plastic to mount them and use one as a template for the other (so holes and angle are symmetrical) Do the holes before wrapping grille around or plasti-dipping*
splice into side marker - no codes for missing fog connection either.
pretty easy really, if you're a tinkerer

Can you use the existing holes from the fog lights? Is the photo just showing a blue tint or does it really have blue tine when turned on? I know home Depot you can probably try gutter guards for the grille. I was concerned the cheaper ones may not last as long, leds may die etc which makes me hesitant they are made cheap for a reason

yeah the lights definitely do have a blue tint to them, but the picture above does not show the true color very well.
I would say depending on the ambient light, they appear either more white or more purple-ish (white during the day, purple-ish/darker blue at night)
It's hard to describe really - I'm not 100% satisfied with the color. I enjoy seeing the reflection in the bumpers of clean cars, but I do wish that they were more of a 4500K-5000k color
