Aftermarket unit. Any information about Tradetec.es and linked product?
Hi all W204 friends!
I'm planning to change the Audio-20 unit in my W204 and found below product at tradetec.es homepage (seems to have all functions you could ever need)

Anyone that uses this unit and can tell if it's any good or anyone having any information about this spanish company and can tell if they are reliable?

I would really like to get some information about the company but now I'm planning to order it anyway...
I't really seems like the more or less perfect aftermarket unit. According to tradetec.es it includes a separate dvd, sd card etc. reader to store in the glove box and that the screen is simple plug and play.

i know someone who has this for a newer audi and it works good. has some minor glitches here and there but he loves it. I emailed him asking where he got it and he said the audi dealer technician got it and installed it for him for 1500 US here in the US. They are like reprogrammed stock units with their software on them and additional parts for inputs and a different screen w touch software. He had to let them keep the stock unit for a core exchange. Not sure about this company but the units do work

I'm looking for the SAME thing Ive been searching heavily for some time for a unit/module for my 5 incher (lol), every aftermarkert unit I find says it's only compatible with the pop up screen.
When I've seen a few videos on YouTube with the 5 inch screen having backup camera,DVD/tv,navi, etc. Let me see if I can find the video

Well, I guess that the only thing now is to order it and hope for the best. Maybe I should order a backup camera and additional DVB-T tuner as well.
Guys, is there any good step-by-step guide on how to remove the stock unit out there?

The unit is $981.76 (With DVB-T) but then you will have to add on the shipping cost.

I would be very interested in this and have been looking for an upgrade from the audio 20 that keep the same look on the dash. If anyone orders and installs, please let us know how it turns out. Would only be better if it had HD radio channels. BTW I couldn't tell--does this unit allow bluetooth audio streaming for Pandora? And compatible with the Droid?

Hmm, wonder if I need any special tools for the installation. Are there specific MB tools for let's say removing the factory unit?
