Anyone know where in the glove box the aux input would be located on 2010 c300? For some reason I can not find it.

It should be a white circular thing about the size of a quarter that you can see from the drivers seat when you open the glove box.

If the C300 is NEW (you didnt say) get the dealer to fix it under warranty.

However if it is used and not CPO, then the previous owner had some other kind of connection criteria. Easily fixed with a $3 cable with a mini phone jack from Radio Shack, just make sure the shielded (outer) and hot (core) sides are correctly connected.

You may want to just DIY because the original install is just a mini SOCKET, you would have to buy a cable anyway to get from your MP3 player or iPod. Save your 60 day beefs for more important, costlier issues (IMO).
