That is correct, and you can see the holes on the bracket where the (4) T15 torx screws go that mount it to the bumper

I did mine a few weeks ago with trim paint and laminx. I was suprised to see the lights are aimed a bit more towards the centerline of the car then I was expecting. I thought maybe a screw was loose or they were just aimed wrong. After taking the shroud off I saw nothing was wrong and they were mounted correctly. Still just sits funny with me. I dunno...

I agree, when you look at the lights and how they are aimed it looks like it doesnt make sense until you pay attention to how they are aimed once mounted on the car again

The bulb is aimed straight but the housing is cocked at an angle. WEIRD. Next I need to get yellow bulbs for full effect.

Yea, its all in the reflector inside the housing is how the direction of the beam is aimed
