DIY Video "How to remove chrome fog light trim & how to paint fog lenses yellow"

In this video I will be showing you how to remove the chrome fog light trim for paint and also how to "tint" or "stain" your fog light lens glass yellow without using overlays. A Cheap $10 mod that is worth every penny and looks great! As always your feedback is greatly appreciated!

Nice DIY. I have the yellow overlays (Lamin-x), but I think I'm going to go with this set-up. looks Awesome.

Cool. My worry is how the yellow stain glass paint handles rock chips. Seems to give a better shade of yellow compared to yellow lamin-x though. Best option might be to paint it like this and then throw on a clear lamin-x on top.

I do prefer this shade over the lamin-x as well. Putting lamin-x over this would be a good idea but i would also worry about it taking the paint off if you ever had to peel it. I'm curious to see how well it handles rock chips, though i never really tail gate. It should last a long time as long as im careful driving.

The driver side fog was a little harder to get out due to the clearance for the screws. If you go through the fender well you could disconnect the washer fluid reservoir and have plenty of clearance if you wish to go that route

So is it safe to say that you can remove the fog light assembly, and as long as that gray bracket stays on, you can re-install it without messing up the alignment of each side?
