My 2011 C250 CDI (MY2012 design) - hello from Sydney!
What do you think of the Comand navigation? Is it accurate in Australia? I've heard it can give you some funny instructions?
I have iPhone 4 as well, sounds like I need to borrow wife's SE X10.
However, can you upload music to the 10Gb music registry from your iPhone?
Nice to know you can read Chinese characters on the screen, wife will be very pleased, she has a collection of Chinese songs.

I couldnt find much online about it, the sales man also didnt know what it exactly was, he told me that you could only adjust the back.
But i ordered it to see what it was, because the seats of my prev. W204 werent that good for me, to big for small persons.

But you can adjust everything:
the thigh cushion
the backrest contour in the lumbar region
the backrest contour in the upper back region
the side bolsters of the seat backrest
They feel like sport seats and gives much support.

Music registry copies MP3's off your USB drive or memory card (i.e. SD). Doesn't work off iPhone/iPods.
Finally, iPhone4 works well for phone book access but it can't read SMS or use internet. I ended up getting a Blackberry Bold 9900 from work the other day and am using that to connect to internet- but it's still kinda slow and more of a novelty than anything else since traffic congestion data is via SUNA.

Does COMAND come with SUNA or that's some sort of service I have to subscribed to?
My impression was (test drove on a sunny day) that it would not block out much sun and could mean that it'd get quite hot in summer.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
In hindsight, I am debating whether I should've gone for the COMFORT PACK to get heated, memory, fully electric seats, mirror dipping on reverse, and smart key access.
As for SUNA, all MB in Australia come with it for life > http://telematicsnews.info/2011/02/2...ematics_f2231/

Looks like the RIAA gestapo got to MB.
Comand Online can be enabled from the Engineering Menu (takes 30 seconds) but I could not find an option to fix the music register
It will only save songs from MUSIC CDs, not even MP3 CDs
As for the music register, I'm surprised that you guys can't copy music to the hard drive. Is that from USB or SD card?

You have a CDI so I assume you are outside the US? That would explain it.
