Do I have LED DRL's on my facelifted C250? (AUDM 2011)

As the topic says, how can I tell if the DRL's are LED (or something else)? The brochure in Australia states explicitly as a standard feature:

My build date is April 2011 (delivered in June 2011 when the facelift model arrived in Sydney Australia) so does this mean I just have non-LED daytime driving lights?

Some things I've noted is that they look perfectly normal to the human eye but taking photos of them is quite challenging because they appear to be flickering (this isn't a characteristic of real LEDs is it?). Here's a photo:

Look at the bottom of this to see it from another angle:

Any comments? It doesn't look like LED because normally LED DRL's have little lines and you can see the individual diodes... but just wondering what other people here think, and how it compares to the pre-facelift w204 C-Class which had DRL's.

You do have the LED DRLs. The C-shaped lights in the headlights are LED as well as the horizontal LED bars in the bumper.

Thanks for that. I wonder if it's possible to get the facelifted W204 without LED DRL's then :S

no its not possible. practically all mercedes now have at least some form of an LED strip in the headlight itself or in the front bumper

Thanks for the confirmation. I also had someone post up a very long explanation on my Facebook wall about how to tell they are LEDs (and that they were).

Well.. the c-shape led on w204 2012's are available only with the lighting package $1200 US. Factory installed. If you don't buy a car with it, then you get standard non-projector boring bulbs. its gross, and end up with a white led number strip and yellow headlight/parking light.

i thought the c-shape led was standard. xenon is extra i just thought they weren't mutually exclusive.

glad this is short term lease and will get a new car next year

DRL is the white strip LED under the bumper. too bad C-shape LED can't lit with DRL LED without Xenon on. It's way more nicer and refine if you can't see the LED individual dots...
