Lamin-x Smoked Headlight Film
I was wondering who all has Lamin-x headlight covers? I think that spec Davis has them.... any down sides as far as limiting light output... what about ease of install?
If i got them they would be the Tint 6%, or Smoke 12%

i have smoke.
install was not easy for me. it was difficult to get it to not bunch up over the curves, and into the grooves and the side. the heat softened it up, i got it on good the but i was swearin' a lot.
for me i didn't really notice and big change in light output.

Im running Gunsmoke LaminX on my headlights right now.. its pretty dark but it matches my black grille. If you wanted a more AMG headlight look I'd go with the "Tint"
As far as headlight output at so far so good

I got "tint" on my headlights. No real change in light output if you ask me. I think it looks great though. No burning or scorching problems here like I do with the fog covers.
Install is a PITA on the headlights. My word of advice, have someone help you, use tons of water on the OUTSIDE (more then they say to use in the directions on the inside, and they don't even say to spray the outside) and heat never hurts to help it go with the curves of the light's glass.
