The kicker is that most of the time, companies like this don't honor their money back guarantee because they turn it to buyer's negligence, by turning them to the phrase "UP TO 50HP" with the key words of course, being "UP TO." Quite a shame actually that these people do that.

Q: Do I need special tools or skills?
A: No special tools are need other than the basic screw driver and set of plyiers.
This "plyier" must be a special tool. I don't have any of those. Not that I'm picking the website apart but geezz, at least know how to spell PLIERS...
