Hi All
I just retrofited Comand NTG4 in my C class C220 cdi 2009 (UK)
I am getting no satellite fix
Here is the Pictures from the Engineer Menu. Error Code 000200
and it is showing 12 Satellittes on the GPS information .
Any suggestions please .

What do you mean with no satellite fix? It is showing your lat/long. Further maps are indicating WGS84. Are you in Europe or the states?

EDIT: I now see the date stamp on the fix is 2000. So indeed no current fix Try resetting the system, or another GPS antenna.

How do you reset the system .

Does look like your system isn't getting a good reception. I'd continue with checking the connections. Are you able to check with another antenna?

The lat/long disagree in two different screens. Maybe garbage? Where are you located?

Does anyone know what that antenna error code means?

Did you have the dealer code the car to accept the NTG? Otherwise some stuff will never work properly.

My understanding is that the car has to be "set up" by the dealer (or anyone who has it and the knowledge) STAR system. Without that the car's electronics don't talk to the new piece of equipment installed and still thinks the old set up is there.

Good luck.
