Price based on specs and miles sounds fine to me, but have you looked at the Carfax yet? (How many owners, history, etc.). Also, be sure you get it looked at by a local MB dealership or an Euro car mech to make sure everything is good. Check if there are service records. Also, are there are any cosmetic defects? Sometimes the pictures that the dealer takes make the car look better than when you see it in person.

If you're going to spend the money to buy an MB, I strongly recommend you get a warranty to protect your investment. Try to get one that your MB dealer has worked with, and one that keeps your deductible to a minimum (or 0).
Get a comparison for a used MB at an MB dealer. Might be able to haggle between both dealers and get an even better deal.
Personally at almost 40k miles and it being nearly 25k it seems a bit high.

It is a desirable model though... white w/ black roof, p1, p2, mm.
