If your SA tries to charge you for them under warranty, ask to see someone else or go to another stealership.

My SA commented on them once, but said unfortunately they couldn't cover it out of warranty.

Mine are rusting badly and I'm worried they might get stuck when I have a flat.

I saw a member had put up a set of chrome lug nuts F/S. I think it's only been a few days.

It might make it a bit harder to take off, but I highly doubt the rust will eat away at an entire five lug nuts to cause the wheel to fall off and cause an accident in my lifetime.

Take them off , clean them up then apply a little clearcoat spray paint.

Speaking from personal experience, the dealership changed the rusty lug nuts on my old MB (which was under factory warranty at the time).

Ask nicely if they will do it for you as a courtesy since your vehicle is still under factory warranty.

Then put a tad of lithium grease on the threads and the face between the bolt and the wheel. Torque to specs and retorque at 100 miles or so.

You have two different metals in the bolts and the alloy wheels so you are getting rust and electrolytic corrosion. The grease makes it easier to remove the wheels when you rotate or replace the tires since it reduces elec corrosion.

An alternative is to take all the bolts off clean them up, degrease them, then spray them with the Rustoleum color of your wont, let dry and do the lithium bop.

Just for future reference, lug nuts and lug bolts are not interchangeable words as they are completely different things (even though they more or less have the same function). And Mercedes (along with most German automakers) uses lug bolts.

Just thought i'd let you know.

.
I do grease the threads & faces against some opinion & then under torque a little to compensate for the lack of friction.

Nothing worse than a siezed wheel bolt on a black wet night on a country road.

It little less torque also helps the female population change a tyre.
