It's the right one. Lol. And no, it doesn't make much of a difference. Some say there are slight differences in quality of the piece and sound however. It's like buying oranges grown in Florida and oranges grown in Chile. Sure they might differ in certain ways, but when it boils down to it, they're both oranges.

Feedback: you shoulda purchased this one for half the price. ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

I concur with SnarlingC. It's metal we're talking about here. The Lawson one looks like (gasp) stamped metal that has four sections of pipe welded to it. For authencity, it even has the black marks from the beads and heat.
Works fine and will be subjected to further heat and abuse, so I don't care if it doesn't look as pretty as the Magnaflow.
You did purchase the correct one, though, btw.

Labor cost may vary from shop to shop.
It's less than an hour job so expect to pay somewhere between $50-100. I had mine installed for $45.
The technician will remove your stock resonator. He will then weld in your X-pipe and extra pipings to make up the difference in length. Any reputable muffler shop can get the job done in less than an hour. Make sure you keep your stock resonator.

Lol, I don't wanna say the price I paid. But RUN away if you get estimates over $100... I got suckered and let's just say, since it took maybe all of 10 minutes for the guy to install, about $27.50 a minute... LOL (And I supplied the X-pipe).
