2012 models - how to get into shop (dyno mode) menu??

Is anyone able to get into the shop (dyno mode) menu in their 2012? I tried key in position 1, door closed, mileage screen, hangup + ok button for 5 seconds but it doesn't seem to work. Either I'm doing it wrong or they changed it. Anyone?

Works great! Thanks!

The menu is pretty straight forward. It shows everything you would expect in the dyno menu from previous years. New to me is the Amperage meter - it shows you how many amps you are pulling from the electrical system.

Hi! I'm new to this DYNO mode.
What else can it do other than reset your service reminders and switches off all your ESP, ABS and such?

Having the Engine number and VIN on the display is pretty cool too

That's about all it does. You'll need it if you ever do an oil change / service outside of the MB dealer. It's also really useful for the voltage / amperage meters.

No thanks, the amp meter was also in the pre facelifted model.

So you can deactivate more stuff than you could otherwise through the menu when taking the car on the dyno? The dyno I went to had difficulty trying to get it to run and not kick down/change gears/etc in the automatic- does this help?
