So i was at one of my buddies wedding last night and clearly before i can turn all da way in my driveway i got rear ended. Im ok just neck pain it was a drunk driver n on top of dat it was a 328 hatin *** bmw. His airbags deployed his car wouldnt start. Distroyed my arkym diffuser bumper my tips and all, made me real upset. Anyways heres pics

Wow... That's messed up.
Diffuser/bumper/tips... All can be replaced.
Important thing is, get yourself checked out and make sure you're OK.

wow man, my heart goes out to you, I know you just got do with your modding and then this happened, I would be livid. stupid beemer *****. just thank god your car was hit and not you or a loved one. good luck with modding again.

Consider suing or filing a claim with his insurance company only. That means the incident will not appear on your companies record.
Also, sue for diminished value of your car. This means your car even with a class 1/2 repair is not worth that of an undamaged car. You'll need an eval of the dv from a few MB dealers. dV is a standard part of tort law.
I hope you are ok and the medical insurance to you should be fairly straightforward.
If you file the claim through your company they will NOT subrogate for diminished value and they label you a trouble maker in their database.

I hope your doing fine and for that a$$hole he won't be receiving jail time cause his charge is probably gonna get reduced and his license only suspended for like 3 months and this is usually how they do it in NY.

If they put that clown in the 12 step, some jurisdictions do, he is required to make amends so you can help him be sober by accepting the DV graciously! Just pray he reforms, too many don't which has screwed up driving for the rest of us, think implied consent.

Damn man, heart goes out to you. I had an incident back in April which involved me+my car driving into an inferno cuz of a similarly intoxicated truck driver. >_> These people need their licenses revoked. Anyways, good plan on the upcoming mods.
