The ones MB sales are outside covers even though most dealers say they are not. They are NOAH material and work fine. You can get the same thing all over the internet at better prices.

I've been thinking about a top half cover that covers only the glass and roof for those snowy days. Has anyone seen or used something like that before?

Really? I am thinking of getting one for when I leave the car for long periods of time, or know there's a storm coming.

The first thing that camp up on google for car cover, you just give them you year and model and supposedly it will fit.

The reason I need one is because I don't drive the car during the week so therefor it just sits under whatever type of weather it faces. I never heard of a car cover that scratches...that can't be good lol.
But I went ahead and decided to buy one anyway from http://www.empirecovers.com/auto_cov...3&cs=undefined
I decided on the Max Car Cover due to the environments. They do have a half car cover somewhere on that site for our cars.

Even im considering a car cover for this winter, as i only drive on the weekends.
I saw some 5 layer fleece lining ones on eBay, are they any good? Would'nt fleece prevent any scratches.

I asked the same question on other forum, almost everyone said it's not a good idea to use car cover in winter.

To cover a car outdoors, it must be clean. And even if it is, over time dust can get under it and as the wind moves it slightly, the paint can be scuffed. And if it rains, what do you do with a wet car cover?
