2009 C300 Luxury vs. Sport. Pls HELP!
Hey! I am new to the forum! I just took this Mercedes '09 C300 Luxury off my moms hands!! My gf has the sports package of this car and I find it more appealing/aggressive than the Lux! Anyways, am i able to convert to the more sporty kit? I noticed the front bumper/grill/fogs, side skirts, and rear bumper are different!! Any suggestions???

You'll also have to change the wheels and the shocks/springs/sway bars are different. That gives its the "sportier" feel.
It's not worth the cost to do it yourself though...

I'd just swap the grille (cheap mod), take off the hood star, and buy the AMG front bumper. I wouldn't bother buying the side skirts and rear bumper, but it's up to you.
I would get a rear spoiler though, that adds some sportiness.

That's exactly what im looking forward to doing. Is swapping out my front bumper and getting the AMG front bumper all plug and play?

Lux c's have a very diff look not only outside, but inside, the steering wheel and some other bits are different, have you considered trading for a Sport? It may be less expensive then ordering all the stuff to make a Lux a Sport

Front bumper can be replaced, the rear bumper valance can be painted black to be given the "amg-inspired" look., grille can be replaced for cheap, powerwheelspro.com has rims that look better than the OEM sport rims for cheap.
All accounted for you could get all the parts for under $1K and it would just depend on finding someone to install it all at an honest rate.
If you can live with the four spoke steering wheel... Honestly, I prefer the four spokes because I like holding the wheel at 6 o' clock. And I can't say I wouldn't appreciate a more supple ride.
Edit: OP, you will have no problem fitting a bumper (front or rear) designated for the W204 Sport on a Luxury model. You will not be able to mix and match individual parts such as foglights, bumper moldings, mesh inserts, etc... nor will you be able to fit a FACTORY built C63 AMG bumper. But you should consider the fact that a brand new "sport" bumper will not be far from the price of a replica C63 AMG bumper. Most of us aren't willing to cough up the bucks to make the changes to a perfectly good car but if you are willing to go from lux to sport you might want to consider the 63 AMG bumper or a nice aftermarket kit.
