Non garaged c200
Here atleast if your direclty on the water (meaning an island) then you can get lots of sea salt deposits, and of course all cars get pollen in spring. It doesnt hurt anything
Hell, the MB dealer in Brooklyn where I bought my car stores their inventory on a freaking PIER! When the recent hurricane hit NYC they had to move their entire inventory off site.
Generally you damage your paint the most when improperly washing or waxing it. Especially when drying it with towels.

Also use sunshades to protect the inside. Only takes 5 seconds to put in place.
Thanks to everyone. Your suggestions are so helpful. I did purchase the California duster. I heard it can cause swirls or scratches. I may use it or give it my son for my old Toyota that he drives.

However, one is tempted to move quickly and push down more on the duster, and then you could have some swirls.
Overall, not having a garage will probably cause you to have to clean the car more often. This will likely cause over time, a bit more wear/swirls, etc. However, it doesn't mean one should not get the car, or the number of people who could have a decent car would be so small.
Try to enjoy it. I must suggest against black though! Silvers do the best at hiding swirls.
