I want to change the regular (S-class like) front grille with the front grille from the Avangarde model (the one with the big arrow). Can someone tell me what the genuine part number of the the Avangarde W204 front grille is?

I have my VIN but it corresponds to the grille of the Elegance package and I want to get the one of the Avangarde...

Yes I understand that but there are several Avantgarde grill options, from your VIN I would have been able to find the correct Avantgarde grill for your car.

In the US, from the dealer the "Avantgarde" front grill is called the "Sport" version, and our Luxury model is the same front as your Elegance".

The US dealers offer a kit that includes the MB button on the hood, vs the stand-up emblem of the Elegance/Luxury. Some dealers also discount prices and ship to your home. Worth a look.

The actual grill seems to be A2048800023, the kit would be A2048800723.

After I shopped around and bought used parts, I found a MB dealer in Texas that had big dicounts, and matched the $$ I paid with his kit price!
