Tired of these SPONSORS in our forum!

I am tired of many of these sponsors that are active in our forum whose are trying to waste our time!

For exmaple...
1. Opxxxxeric is talking about blowout sale and quote me $1200 shipped for H&R coilovers.
(It is easy to find other websites who are selling about this price all over google...)

2. Vixxxracing is talking about great pricing and quote me $1725 shipped for KW street comfort coilovers.

If you click first website pop up on google when you search KW coilovers for C300, which is eurosportdesign.com, they selling KW street comfort for $1719.53 shipped...

I'm writing this thread because I'm tired of these sponsors wasting our members time for PM and waiting... If you are not offering blowout of great pricing on items, please don't advertise it as blowout or great pricing... you guys are waste our time and no one is appreciating it...

When I told them that Im not appreciate their advertise and their price, all I'm getting is no reply or that they are going to check with manufaturers about it...

Don't get me wrong. I did not said that Im disappointed by that reason.
I appreciate them for that.
But does not appreciate the deals that they are offering to us with using lines like "blowout" or "great pricing"...
If you are not offering blowout sale price, don't say it is blowout...
And remember, Without us, there will be no them too. So far, Im disappointed

I definitely see your point. But you have to look at the big picture. The sponsors have much more overhead (sponsorship fees) and probably have a MUCH better customer service, return policy, etc. Because they want to keep their reputation good on the forums (which is really all they have as far as ability to make sales - is reputation).

Now when you compare their prices to eBay or google search results. You don't know what you are dealing with. Could be the factory in Taiwan selling directly/wholesale on eBay, have to wait for WEEKS for shipping and most of the time no return policy and don't care about issues.

Or it could be someone small startup guy. Bottom line is, you don't know what you are dealing with. And they are able to EXTREMELY undercut most other vendors due to their low costs.

So it is still a really good price, and just because other people normally sell it at that price, doesn't mean it is better.

Overall, it is somewhat annoying to be "mislead" by some sponsors by saying they are BLOWOUT prices, or the best there are. ESPECIALLY if they really aren't sales at all. The most you can do is just spread the word on their ads. Natural selection and the law of economics will weed out such vendors and eventually get better.

Yea I agree with you about "The most you can do is just spread the word on their ads. Natural selection and the law of economics will weed out such vendors and eventually get better." And that what I'm doing here. but I'm not agree with you on this part of comment that you said.

Im not talking about items that can be made as fake or cheap quality ebay items here...
H&R and KW coilovers... You know what i mean?
And also you don't know what you are dealing with some of sponsors that are active in our forum. Many might be startup companies too.

Also the fact they are paying sponsorship fee, it does not mean that they better companies nor capable of proving better customer service...
Like I said above, after I told them that Im disappointed by their offer, all I got was no reply or reply many days later and saying that they are going to check with manufacturer.

Lets be honest, its not that hard to be a sponsor on this forum or any forum, its not like a background check is done. Frankly all it is mainly is a fee which to most companies is a tax write off. And just because you're a sponsor doesn't mean squat, a search on many other forums can show you that you can have problems even with sponsors, in fact we have one that just joined us recently that I'll refrain from naming right now that on other forums isn't quite popular.
