C300 Navigation Retrofit

Hi guys i was wondering if any of you guys have installed something like this on a non navigation car.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2010-ECE-Mer...item5891c6ffb3

Would this be plug and play or would this have to have a lot of work done?

Did the search or searches and found everything thanks, now that i studied more into it am wondering whats best if retrofit command or nav +4, command seems like the better option but am wondering on the labor cost the system is about 800 dlls, the retrofit kit is about 500 but labor hmmm that should be interesting.

Cali i did find a guide wasn't very specific but i think i might be able to handle the DIY, are these all the parts needed for the retrofit http://www.comandonline.co.uk/W204-Comand-Retrofit-Kit-Left-Hand-Drive.html or is there more? I know ill need the hooks, but what about the coding? Did you do that yourself too or did you get your dealer to do that? I just want to make sure of hat im getting in to before i buy all the parts. Thanks for your help.

Just buy a Garmin or Tom-Tom. I had the MM on my 2008 and when I traded it in for the 2011 the one option I DID NOT want was the MM system. The Nav sucks.

I agree the nav on my E class isn't that good but i like the integration of the Ipod and the Navigation without having to pull out stuff and connecting adapters.Plus the voice commands arent that bad.
