Exclamation need urgent help!!!

hi i m new to mb world ..i own a 2008 manual c220 cdi w 204 recently i got my car serviced i was too happy with the pick it was unbelievable ans unusual at 100km/hr speed it felt after revving that the wheels would start spinning if revved more suddeny after gew days one morning i took the car out AT AROUND 2000 RPM THE ENGINE STARTED GIVING UNUSUAL NOISE NO PICK UP AT ALL AND THINK BLACK SMOKE ALL THE TIME WHEN EVER ACCELERATOR IN PRESSED IT FELT AS IF SOMETHINGS HOLDING BACK THE ENGINE IT HAS BEEN RELEASING A LOT OF SMOKE PURE BLACK THE EXHAUST IS DIRTY WITH BLACK DUST ....SENT BACK THE CAR TO SERVICE GUY HE RESET THE DIAPHRAM DONT KNOW WHATS THAT SAID THE CAR WOULD BE OKIE BUT WHEN AFTER OFFICE CHECKED IT SAME PROBLEM PERSISTS NOW THE INTRESTING PART IS WHEN THE CAR IS TAKEN AROUND 110KM/HR ESP MALFUNCTION ERROR COMES AND THE NOISE FROM ENGINE GOES SMOKE GOES BUT ENGINE STARTS TAKING UNUSUAL RPM S AS IF THE TURBO IS NOT ENGAGING CAN SOMBODY HELP WHATS IT WHATS THE LINK BETWEEN ESP AND BAD PICK UP AND SMOKE CAN IT BE BECAUSE OF FAKE ENGINE OIL OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT I MISS MY CARS PERFORMANCE PLZZ HELPPPP!!!

Do you think that the service caused the problem ?

Was the car serviced by a Mercedes dealer .?

What was done at the service ?.Air filter? Was the MAF touched?

How may Km has the car done?

Sounds as if the car does not have the correct fuel/air ratio.

You mention an oil change. The oil specified by MB for diesels is 229.51 . It should show this on the packaging.

Do you have a DPF ( Diesel Particulate Filter) It could be blocked.

I can't think of a relationship between the engine problem & the ESP Code.

Have there been any other codes displayed ?.

You are obviously overfueling.

See thread Carsy posted re Cats & DPF. I could well be Cats or DPF if fitted.

Also make them check:

Turbo - coked bearings can restrict spool up.
Turbo wastegate controller & module.
Delphi injectors. A known problem.

Post stored codes.

CAR IS DRIVEN AROUND 90000KMS ,AT SERVICE IT WAS FULL SERVICE ALL FILTERS OIL CHANGED ..CALLED THE GUY WHO SERVICED TODAY HE ADMITTED HE USED MOBIL ONE SEMI SYNTHETIC OIL FOR THE CAR CAN THIS BE THE REASON ,DONT KNOW MUCH OF TECHNICAL TERMS BUT EVEN AFTER OIL CHANGE THE CAR RAN WELL FOR ALMOST 500 KMS

You must use the approved 229.51 oils. However there is no way the oil has caused this problem just after change.

You should have a proper diagnosis from a MB technician or an experienced diesel service mechanic.

Think about where you last filled up with fuel. Does it coincide with the problem?

Let us know the outcome.
