C250 audio questions
Hi all,
I am interested in the C250. I have a couple of basic questions about the C250 audio system.
1. Does it have a basic auxiliary input? If so, where is the aux input located? I don't mean a USB slot, or a plugin for the iPhone. Just a simple 1/8" input jack.
2. Does the C250 allow streaming of audio (ie, listening to music on my phone) via BlueTooth?

If you want the facelift, the Audio20 have an USB and Jack plug in the armrest. Audio streaming by BT from iPhone is also possible. This is without title etc. In your display.
For the pre facelift, the Audio20 doesnt support, dont know about the other audio

If I understand correctly, the non-upgraded audio system in the newest C250 is called the "audio 20", and it has an aux input and bluetooth audio streaming as standard equipment.
May I ask where the aux input jack is located? In the glovebox or center console?

The 2011 C250 I am looking at lists Bluetooth Connectivity, Digital Media Input, MP3 Player and Audio 20 Radio AM FM Single CD w/ Bluetooth in the specs. Playing around with it, the salesman got it to make handsfree phone calls connected by bluetooth to my android phone but he says streaming audio was only included in the 2012 model. I am not sure whether he is right or whether some simple adaptor might make it work. I would like to be able to play podcasts and here google maps turn my turn directions through the car speakers as the car does not have navigation. It it doesn't have that capacity via bluetooth, will it the streaming autdio work by plugging the phone into the usb port?
