2009 c300 Good deal? Need advice

Hey everyone,
Need some advice on this purchase decision. It is for a
2009 C300
28,000 miles w/ ipod, multimedia package, AMG wheels, Panorama sunroof, steel gray, msrp in 2009 was $41,680.

They are offering me $27,300 (down from $29,881) with tax/reg it's 30k out the door. Non-CPO.

What do you guys think?

Thanks.

If 27K was the out-the-door price, I'd say it was an okay deal. Not 30K+.

Depends a lot on your location, of course.

$27k is not a bad price for what you described. I don't know how much of a margin they have anymore.
As it was mentioned before, it depends on where you live, or more importantly where did the car live. Are the tires brand new or do they have the 28k miles? And I am assuming it is still under warranty plus it is certified which gives you another year.
Have you gotten the CAR-FAX for the car? I almost bought one till I saw in the report that it had a fender bender which "activated" the air bag, so I steered away from it.

Some times, a good deal is good for a reason. But sometimes, it just is a good deal.

Good luck, and keep us posted

Checked out the car again and got more details. Clean carfax, one-owner from MB dealership in northern california. It is CPO now...and asking price is $29,900. What would be a good deal on this car for an Out the door price?

The aforementioned $27,300 would not be bad IF they could do that out the door... Including Tax, Title, License

Don't even think about it without some sort of included extended warranty. Buying one on your own will cost over three grand.

My 09 C300 Sport w/Ipod had 27K miles for $26K CPO, one owner car bought last month. New tires and brakes. Ohio is in short supply for used cars so no negations on price but they did throw in the Diamond Kote paint treatment ($400).
