Come back to my car and see this......

So I parked in a parking garage for about an hour to have lunch and come back to see a huge dent in my hood..
It looks as if someone jumped on it really hard. I realize its a little hard to see but it looks much worse in person.

This and that.
That sucks man, sorry to hear about your misfortune.

I hate when douchebags don't value property belonging to others.

I had the bad luck of having my car caught under a hail storm a couple days ago. There are 6-7 small dents that aren't very visible normally (thankfully) but they are still there and that pisses me off enough.

Sorry to hear that. If the paint is not damaged, then hopefully a dent repair shop could do magic to repairing it without repainting...

With best regards,

Yes, most important thing is that the paint is not damaged! You can get it hammered out if you feel it is necessary.

People just have no respect for other's property.

That svcks! Hopefully it can be repaired easily. Dent Doctors (company) can likely get that out. If it's paint, expect to pay $500 on a repainted hood. I just don't get people's disrespect for property.

Sorry to see that man. Paintless dent repair is definitely your best choice. I remember around when i first got my car I was in traffic exiting my school with my sunroof open, my friends in another c300 were behind me and they start throwing pencils and change trying to get it in the sunroof as a joke, I hear ding ding ding on my trunk lid, I was pissed!! I looked later that day and found a couple dings in the trunk lid, but there was a chance they were always there, whatever.

Properly done, a paintless process will completely remove any traces of the dent. My Son has an FJ Cruiser and it had numerous dents. Once the guy was done, you could not tell where the repairs were made.

Regards,

Joe

Being in a parking garage, there might be some security cameras recording bad behavior.

Might want to check with the garage employees.

Thanks for the responses everyone, JimPap, your absolutely right on that. I will be calling the parking garage center to see what they can unfold. In the meantime I am currently looking to at getting paintless dent removal. I am still baffled that someone would do this, really angers me..

It's almost pointless to review tape of anything at the garage at this point. maybe only if you want to become more frustrated. The best thing would've been to call in a police report the moment you saw it, then file comprehensive with your insurance.
