Looks great, what was your method of attaching the front lip onto the bumper?

It was easy because I removed the bumper completely to replace the bottom mesh. I basically centered it and started drilling screws in (6 total). I did the ends first and then worked the screws in the middle. Also added some 3M double side tape in the mix.

You might have to lift it or use blocks if you're not removing the bumper completely.

Turned out fantastic! looks really good. Maybe its the camera angle, but you may need to snug the grill up a bit. It looks off on the passenger side compared to the drivers.

Your pics may have convinced me on the single fin grill.

Anyone know the OEM part number for the single fin grill?

Funny you mention that.. I noticed that after I saw my own post and raced to see where I went wrong.. turns out.. I simply didn't shut the hood completely.

Did you screw the screws in from the inside of the bumper through the lip, or through the lip into the bumper?

good question.. I didn't really think about that. I just drilled from the bottom of the lip into the bumper. I suppose you can do it the other way but you might have the ends of the screws showing.

Does your lip have a gap the entire length (is it a solid piece?)

it's the HC Suvneer lip that Gary sells in this forum.. it's a one piece lip but it does have a gap for two flaps in the middle... so there is some spacing there.

Would you be willing to post a couple photos on the attachment of the lip?

Looks good. I have the same car, same color, I'm liking the single fin grill. Fortunately I haven't had any issues with the lower mesh yet.

There's a website where you can order European plates. Just google it. The problem is that they're illegal if your state requires front license plates.
