So I bought a W204 Estate 2 weeks ago for my wife and myself for when we just need to take some family trips and daily driving instead of putting too many miles on my S class, and I cant live with stock cars so this one is gonna have some changes aswell.

its a 2009 C200CDI with 6 speed manual, I took the C200 on purpose since its the same engine as the C2200CDI only ecu software is the difference so this will be fixed with a ECU mod.

interior install..

the seats came from a Sedan so I had to remove the leather from the rear seats, and install them onto my old rear seats and take away the fabric in order to have the correct mounting points

after the seats were in, I got 2 airbag errors from the front, the C63 bucket seats dont have headrest, and my old seats had neck-pro headrest, we tried to do coding of the car, but it wouldnt accept to deactive the neck-pro system and give it the AMG coding since the car is not a amg, so I put some neck-pro resistors on the wires down in the plug and now the car is error free once again

Its actually really simple.. The door panels has 2 screws in them each located underneath the armrest, remove theese and the rest is just clips.. I used a plastic piece to force them out from the bottom, once out the trim is held into place with 5-6 screws as you can see on my pictures

The one around the clima control is just clips, around the gear shifter clips, and the ashtray has 2 screws holding it in..

I only got the aluminum trim for the door panels it was mounted when I got the C63 interior so dont have a complete set

I bought the C320CDi and fitted a Brabus D6 kit to it.Power up from 224 to 275bhp,torque up from 376 to 435lb ft. No mpg change, its still around 42-43. I don`t know if you could do your planned ecu upgrade from the c200 to c220 and then fit a Brabus kit for the C220 too. Could give you 223bhp and 340lb ft. Brabus kits are expensive but well worth it for the quality.

Just curious what do you tell your insurance company when they ask have you any modifications?? They hammer us in the UK for every mod and if you don`t inform them and something happens they can invalidate your insurance!

Btw awesome build! cant wait to see it finished.

Im distrubitor of ECU mods myself so we will fix the ECU this just has to be done with BDM where you open the ECU and i dont have the hardware for that only to flash via OBD but my friend has the gear so when I get the time I will drive to him and get it done, hopefully it should end up with around 200hp and better milage

The brabus kit is just a box tuning which cheats the car to give more boost and fuel it works but its not perfect

Here in sweden i dont think they care actually, you can buy ecu upgrades directly at the dealer here, volvo, saab, audi, vw has it so I wouldnt imagine it beeing a problem, but then again what they dont know wont kill them

You`ll know a lot more about ecu modding than me.

I didnt see a rear light cluster change on your list. They`ll look good with the LED licence plate lights you`ve done and arent expensive from the dealer.

I got them from my best friend ebay all of the parts except the wheels is from ebay, there is on selling the CF trims on the us ebay for 799$ aswell, i was lucky to win mine for just 500$.

I hardly think it would be s good deal with the trim from me since shipping from sweden to usa would cost around 80-100$ and one of them on the drivers side has small surface marks
