Not all new ECU's, the problem is the CGI engine runs a Siemens ECU which has a more difficult encryption to hack and since most tuners don't see it as a viable market it's low on priority. For some reason though, Benz used Bosch ECU's for the A and CLA models which are more tuner friendly. It's pretty retarded.
