Hello,I would like to retrofit the color cluster on a w204 with 4 button sterring weel .
all the cluster I'v found on eBay have no housing . Do you know if my cluster housing will fit on the new one ? Or I will need a new housing?
Hello again, I got my instrument cluster, I already changed my steering wheel for the 12 button set . But whene I connected the new instrument cluster, the rpm didn't work , the fuel gauge also and I got a tempomat error.
The speed and everything work fine ( beside the mileage.)

To that
I hade to recod the the cluster with the help of a freind to do km correction. You have to get the upper side of the old cluster fitted on the new one. But be carreful as you may need to cut off the small cover at the bottom as It will block the speed needle.
The steering wheel didn't need any coding. Backlight and all button fully working exept paddle.

Unfortunately no, but whene you take off the housing of the old one and put it on the new one. You will notice that it bloque the circulate gear of the speed teller. So you need to cut some plastique from it so the circle can spine.

HI , how did you retrofit the Memory switch to the driver door? How did you get the memory function to work because one of connecters to the control module under driver seat is different than the non memory power seat.

Was any modification needed to make the Comand headunit from W212 fit the W204? I wonder if these are also less prone to peeling?

Correct coding have to be done in the ic204 not the rear SAM.

Can you say the steps for vediamo? connect openport - cbf - ic_204 - reset ecu (or do you need to put in some codes into a cluster file?)
i programd ntg 4.5 radio into my system but didnt see a fuel gauge thing there 😅. Info is appreciated 🤘.
