Yes, there is, but you can't look at the number of complaints in a vacuum. As I stated, 30 complaints can be good or bad only when you know how many plans are sold.
And who is to say if those complaints are valid or not? When you look up complaints for Fidelity, for example, tons of them are about entirely different companies with a similar name!
