2009 C300 - Music over Bluetooth with iPhone
I know that this issue has been brought up many times before - streaming music over Bluetooth with an iPhone in a pre-Command 2009 C300. I have an iPod package (the frustrating iPod cable in glove box).
My question - The apps Waze and Google Maps on my iPhone can successfully give audio directions over the car's Bluetooth (halts music/radio to give directions). So wondering that there HAS to be a way to stream music over Bluetooth too! Any suggestions?

I did not find any mode on the screen for use with the iPod cable. I know you have the Pre-Command System which is different then my vehicle.

my friend who is in the tech industry has told me that its because the profile that is available in the early model w204's do not include A2Dp which is the profile that is suitable for stereo music.
The profile that we have is only suitable for voice, not music. And if we stream music to it using our existing profile, it will sound like crap.

There is a product supposed to come out soon (is finally in production) made by a Korean company. It is the Kivic One, anyways I know they have had many delays but according to their FB page they should be on sale soon.

Any insight from any members here would be greatly appreciated !
