Anyone know how to "force" the headlamp washer to come on in a 2011 C300 Sport? I'm not sure if mine are working and I'd like to test!

engine must running......every 10 times you wash windshield it comes lamp washers......sorry if u dont undestand my super english.....but i think u understand

Headlights must be on with key on, of course. Every tenth time the windshield is squirted, the headlight washers operate.

Saves water.

O.K., my bad: is the a way to DIRECTLY ACTIVATE the washer without the little ten times routine?

Nope. 2007 (I think that was the cut off year) and before we used to have a button to activate the headlight washers on all MB cars, but after that they deleted the separate button and changed to this current setup.

I have an early-build 2008 model with 4matic, and the headlamp washers are activated as soon as I use my windshield washer -- there's no 10 wipe delay.
I wish I could totally disable the headlamp washer as it creates a big mess to the front of my car and doesn't clean my headlights 100%.
