Exclamation help with buying AMG rep's

any ideas as to where i should shop around for some AMG replica wheels?
i currently have the stock 17" 5-twin spoke rims that came with the 2012 c300 sport. is it possible that i can buy 17" AMG replicas and keep my tires?

i also have no idea about bolt pattern, offset, etc.. if someone could educate me it would be highly appreciated... lol

what is the offset/bolt pattern... and any other necessary info i need for the new rims if i want to keep my old tires (contiprocontacts stock)??

Here you go. These will fit and they're 17", so you can reuse your tires:

Yes, I do....very pleased with quality of product and service. And, they are your neighbors in Waterford on M59!

Be careful with your selection. I believe the link is to the 35 offset and you should choose the 44 they offer of the same wheel.

Hey Elaine....just being a good citizen answering questions! The 2009 C has been incredible....most reliable car I've had in decades...nothing goes wrong! Hope you and yours are well. CLA looks good, but all automatics. Keeping an eye out for new 4 and 2 Series Gran Coupes (swoopy 4 doors) in about a year or two.

Sorry for the threadjack but I found a NYC local spot that has these wheels but in 35 offset.

Would the 35 offset on a 7.5 or 8" rim not work with our cars?

Hey Sportstick, I'm interested in those rims on my 2008 C300 Luxury (now a Sport, essentially).

Since I am not very familiar with these offsets, etc, would I purchase the 17x7.5 or 17x7.5/8 from the link: http://www.powerwheelspro.com/shop/p...products_id=47 ?

And I can still use my same tires? If so, that is wicked.

Thanks in advance!

They would stick out too far. Go for the 44. Check the OE specs and you will see the issue.

At the time I bought mine, all they had were 8" wide wheels. I checked and learned that the one-half inch difference up from the OE spec 7.5" in the front and down from 8.5" in the rear on my staggered Sport set-up was small enough that the 8" ones split the difference just fine and let me keep my tires. A couple of years later, I can attest to this being zero concern. If I had the choice you present, and had a Sport model, I would take the second alternative of 7.5 in the front and 8 in the rear....with at least 44 offset. Yes, same tires.
