parametric eq for harman kardon system
i have a 2013 c250 coupe with the harman kardon system and wanted to adjust the parametric eq to add a little more treble. The regular treble adjustment was not enough. I was in the engineering menu and couldnt find it. Can someone help me? it has so many options in there compared to the audio 20 system.

I find it odd that nobody has responded to you. I have the Audio 20 parametric EQ pretty much mastered, I wish I had the HK system. Keep bumping the thread and eventually someone will have info for you.

Just click on audio on the screen while you listen any audio source and you will be able to increase bass, treble, turn on and off the surround sound, balance, etc.
There is no extra eq options to hk system.

I already maxed out the treble on those adjustments. I was hoping there would be a parametric eq for the hk system just like the base audio 20 system. Thanks for your help. I guess Mercedes thinks the system is perfect that it wouldn't need any other adjustments.

the problem is when you turn volume up deep basses stay at the same level as before and treble and bass setings fade out with the volume setting higher.i checked it with android telephone connected and playing music through it.i turn the volume on telephone down while turning volume on audio 20 up and see how tonal balance changes with the volume level on audio 20
anyway, while powered on press and hold red tel hang up , 1 and # simultaneously for 5 seconds and system enters engeneering menu, select sound then equalizer menu then you will see speakers left right rear left right but all the adjustments are flat. i think it is pre tuned in the amplifier not on the head unit. i affraid to change any settings because on a different forum i read that some values cannot be adjusted to the before settings.but i think these adjusments will not have any effect on harman kardon system.
you try and write us about it

what i read in other forum for a non harman kardon sound system:
''BE VERY CAREFUL IN THE ENGINEERING MODE! If you make adjustments in the Parametric EQ- you cannot manually restore the factory settings.
Example: Filter 2 factory setting was at 2300. When you adjust it- the values are in intervals of 500 (2000, 2500, 3000). You are unable to select 2300.
I recommend that unless you know what you are doing-DON'T MESS AROUND! ''
but as i said in harman kardon no values are seen on the parametric equalizer
