As far as sport tail light vs non, I'm not too sure the exact difference but get the one for your car. You can also put in you VIN number when you purchase so they can confirm you're ordering the right part.

parts.com only sell genuine mercedes parts. Sometimes they even come from local dealership, but a lot cheaper than walk-in.

I'm not 100% sure, maybe someone can chime in about this. I know that pre-facelifted c-class has 3 types of tail lights(smoke, non-smoke, and half LED). But, facelifted c-class only has one type which is LED with light tubes. Are you looking for upgrade or original tail light? If the later, just pull out the tail light and look for part numbers. That way you can be sure you have the right parts.

Hey bud.. It's the half LED one's I want. I like the facelifted ones but it's a bit too much work to get that all programmed and what's the point really. I bought the half LED one's form a guy on here but we are having some issues with shipping. Thanks for the help!!
