Fuel filter Location ?

Does anyone know where is located the Fuel Filter on a C350 4Matic 2008 ?

Is it inside the tank ? or it's located outside ?

Left or right , i have to remove the tank to get acces to it ?

Remove the lower rear seat squab. 2 X round maintenance covers. On the W203 there was market variation but on W204 it appears to be under the RHS cover.

Hi Glyn,

Does the fuel pump have a filter? I presume so. Just wondering at what mileage to replace?

Manual says 150,000 miles or 15 years.

I have no warnings but have fuel smell in engine bay. Clogged injector or fuel pump?
