I am new to this forum somewhat...been lurching for a few months now. Anyways, I have searched high and low but cannot seem to find a solution to the style of grill I would like to install on my 2009 C350.
I would like the double bar grill with the evenly spaced logo but without the chrome surround. I am able to find replicas on eBay that are like the C63 grill but nothing that does not have a chrome surround.

If it is impossible, perhaps someone could recommend the best quality C63 style grill (double bars) for under $200?

You driving sedan or coupe? If coupe, you could probably just find one used grill on ebay or craigslist, but if sedan I've looked for that style too and failed to find a replica that fits.

I have the coupe grill, I Think its better looking than any aftermarket grill, this grill is available in two colors, flat silver or glossy black.

If you dont have a coupe you need to replace the upper bracket as well.

That is exactly the grill that I want for my car but looks like you have a newer year model. I would be interested to know if the same method of replacing the bracket and grill would also work on a 2009.

All w204 sedans, regardless of the year (or the pre- post- facelift), shares the same grill. I purchased a 2009 sedan grill which fits perfectly on my 2012 post facelift.

I too would be interested to know how to replace the bracket.

Its easy, just snap off the top plastic radiator cover and unscrew the 10mm bolt holding the bracket.

Would you happen to know the part numbers for the grill assembly and the smaller bracket? I have been searching for them for what seems like forever but with no luck. I really want to modify my grill to look like yours. Havent seen a tutorial or guide anywhere about how to do it and what parts are needed.
