Agreed with snowmuch....
Might be cheaper to get a used C63 rather than spending money to mod your 300.
Think 5k wont get you half of the required parts to upgrade the looks to C63 unless you come actoss a salvaged one o just pick up parts.

I know, but I'm not buying the c300, I'm getting it from my dad, and the trade in quote we are getting is not near enough for a c63 with 5k. Also, my dad is saying that he doesn't want me to have a high-powered vehicle because he doesn't want me to get into a wreck and I'm an inexperienced driver.

Honestly, I wouldn't even try or think of modding a c300 look like a C63, I would do the diffuser and quad tips but making it into a C63 is out of the question. I just posted a video of a guy who owns a C300 slap AMG badges on his car and the guys from C63 room killed the guy crazy comments. plus $5k to $9k will get you a lot of nice mods or just get a use one. but that just me. good luck hope you don't see a guy in a c63 right next with you on a stop light.

Yeah, now I'm thinking I might just get a sick body kit for 5-9k instead, because after reading other comments and threads, it is seeming much less plausible.

Since this is your first car (I assume) why not save up that 9k leave this car at stock for a year or two you can probably get an real amg instead of blow all your money on this car.

I agree, save your money. You won't get any of it back when you do trade or sell the car. You will need it for repairs, maintenance, insurance and fuel. At your age, be responsible, invest your money or save it for college and travel.
No one except you will notice the mods you are thinking of. It will still be a hand me down 08 C300.
Use your savings for a real C63 or what ever. Next summer you might want the new Corvette or a Porsche.
This is your first car, a very nice car at that. You are very lucky to have a supportive dad and family.

Thank you, this sums it up perfectly. I have just decided to put a x-pipe, just for fun, and the rest of my money I will save it up for the very expensive Benz servicing and maintenance, should, god forbid, anything go wrong. Also, from what I know, the x-pipe is only a couple 100 dollars at maximum, so it shouldn't be too big of a problem.

X pipe only tells half the story, you want to delete the 2nd cat while you at it. Takes the sounds to the next level as well as tiny HP gain.
