2010 C200 CGI P2339 Cylinder 4 Above Knock Threshold
Hi all,
My C200 CGI 6 speed manual in South Africa shakes when accelerate at 2000rpm on 4th gear or 6th gear. Loose the throttle, the shake is gone. Tested via computer, P2339 Cylinder 4 above knock threshold.
I always add Techron 95 octane fuel in Johannesburg. Problem comes and goes. Problem happens around once a week. Current mileage is around 44000km. Any ideas?

I'm not sure to be honest, I thought it was near the front. You can also try fuel cleaner. I don't know the gas in SA but if it's anything like the gas in China, it's dirty might be screwing with your fuel system ie plugs, injectors, fuel filter etc.

I'll second checking your plugs out... and check their gap.
My US Spec C250 was delivered with the #4 plug way out of spec along with a loose coil. I found this out a month ago when I lost all power in the left lane of a freeway going 75MPH - nothing like having to cross 6 lanes of traffic averaging 75 MPH in a car that couldn't drag itself to 55.
