The CLA45 doesn't have a boot on it. I looks a little out of place IMO.

Our cars have a physical lever, the CLA45 AMG has a electronic lever similar to bmw.

There is a thread on how to replace the shift knob with a Brabus knob which has step by step. I was reading it the other day.

You can't fit the OEM CLA shift knob on as from I recall the fitting to the lever itself is different. You can fit a CLA style knob though, you'll need to remove the shifter boot (google instructions) then remove the knob from the shift boot and replace with the CLA style.
