Hi All,
I'm still debating whether or not to fix this dent on the driver side door (I already did some touched up on it) , question is if I bring this to bodyshop do they need to paint the whole door or the body shop able to repair it only on the dented area ? .
Please advise , you may recommend me a bodyshop place in socal area.
Thank you all in advance

If the dent is not too close to the edge and not too deep, paintless dent removal is the best way. I have a few times experience with my other cars.

I'm thinking about getting proffesionally done.

+1 for the paint less dent removal. Wish I thought of that business idea 15 years ago. Brilliant.

PDR wont work on that dent. It's way too close to the edge. You're only option is to live with the dent, or take it to the body shot to have them body filler, sand, repaint that dent. A good body shop won't need to pain the whole door, but they'll need to blend it.

I am in North CA. I'd just search Paintless dent removal or such. It was like $85 for a dent. sometime they charge $200 or so for a door no matter how many dents, of cause not like 20 dents...

PDR guys today usually do spot repairing as well. The Glasurit water based system with nanoclear is designed for spot repairing without a total panel respray. Competently done with an airbrush you will never know it was touched & colour match will be perfect with original paint code.
