Lets see some of your current & previous rides
Yes yes, one of those lame threads....
Just delivered last week, 2001 M5 - always wanted one of those, and after totaling the 911 & thinking i'll be "economical" and i bought the C250 benz 2 months ago, i realized i needed something powerful to take out my aggression & feel the road with. I must say this M5 feels as fast as my 911 S model..i dont know how, but it does, must be all the torque..
Current DD 2012 C250 w/AMG sportline pkg- nice car, i enjoy the features & the technology..but i'm not a mercedes guy, so if i had to do it all over again, i'd say not for me..
2005 911 S Launch Edition- totaled 8/2013 this of course was my favorite ride!
SOLD 2004 745Li

Had lots of cars, but this is the one I have most regrets for selling. Built it over a period of 2 years as a street/drift racecar.
Had some problems with the clutch not coping with the torque but still the final numbers ended up at 620hp and 770Nm at "only" 1,1bar boost.

Sure, Ill play. Why not? Heres every vehicle I've owned.
Previous:
1. 1993 Mazda MX6 (first car, started out green, bone stock, and looked like this after a few years and way too much time and money. Looking back on it, I see how riced out it was, but I loved it at the time!
2. 2003 Chevy Impala (wasn't worth photographing)
3. 2004 VW Jetta GLI (I still miss this car to this day)
4. 2003 Suzuki GSXR-750 (first bike)
5. 2011 Nissan Titan (again, wasn't anything special, so not sure I have any pics)
6. 1991 Toyota MR2 Turbo (just a toy between bikes, not a daily driver)
7. 2004 Suzuki GSXR-600 (couldn't stay off two wheels, and the MR2 just didn't do it for me. This pic was taken the day I sold it)
8. 2005 BMW M3 Competition Package (Still kicking myself in the *** for selling it, but the C350 is nice)
Current:
9. 2011 Dodge Charger (wifes car, but technically "ours")
10. 2006 Suzuki GSXR-750 (pic was taken the day I bought it. Don't have any other pics yet)
11. 2009 Mercedes C350 (no pics yet, but I've only had it for a few weeks)

This thing must have given you a grin from ear to ear...time to build another one .
I've always loved the 190's...looking for a clean 2.3-16v!

I'll play. Not sure I can hang with everyone else..
I spend have my garage time with Jeeps.
66 CJ5, before and after picks with a few months work on my own.
Also a 2010 JK 2 dr, a few minor mods. 2" lift, Airaid intake, Gibson exhaust, Rubicon shocks, CB, etc.
Had a 2003 330xi. Fun little car.
And my two wheelers!
2012 TaoTao 49cc scooter (because I live 1 mile from work)
2013 Giant Revel 1 29er. basically rebuilt from frame up after purchase.

Mine was an M3, not an M5. Not sure if that was a typo or not. I recommend getting an E46 M3 if you're considering it. Amazing car, you won't be sorry. They can be had for so cheap now, its ridiculous ($10,000-$28,000 depending on mileage, age options and condition)

Still, must've been a typo, a sweet *** car. I'll def be looking into one when I can. I looked a nice 04 m3 convertible this past summer but it' had problems from the get go, battery dead, check engine light on, missing interior parts..but $18 with only 69k miles. I can't wait for one.

it sure did, I really regret selling it.
It was a Mercedes M104 motor with h-beam conrods, diesel bearings and milled stock pistons, block retrofitted with oil piston coolers, home made twin entry turbo manifold, dual Tial 44 Wastegates.
Garrett GT42 turbo, 4" downpipe and 3.5" exhaust with only one silencer.
Dual Bosch 044 fuel pumps, fuel cell and Bosch EV1 1700cc high impedance injectors.
Ignition from COP VAG coils controlled by a ViPec V44 Programmable ECU
Getrag 717.404 transmission (broke two of them), prop shaft from 2,3-16V, rear ASD limited slip diff from W124.
Heres a ´short clip of a pull made when tuning, I think it made just over 500 hp on this pull.

Seriously impressive build Vic. With all the torque that thing must have made, I'm surprised you didn't go through any diff's or half shafts. Personally I find it a real shame that there aren't more of these type of builds in the MB communities. It's always nice to see someone push the envelope and build something unique. If you decide to build another MB (hint, hint, M111 turbo 190e or turbo 190 2.3-16), please document it cuz I'll be watching!

Sold my 328 for a 2008 335i
I wasn't planning on selling my 335i but someone on e90post.com wanted to purchase my car. I decided to sell it to him and I bought a 2006 M5 with only 23k miles on it.

My first Benz, wanted one of these since I was a high schooler in the 90s in Florida. Had it for 4 years and traded it in
Got this one for my wife (girlfriend at the time) and fixed it up Only had it for 7 months before a drunk driver plowed into it
Got the C300 brand new in 2009 after the 560SEL above got totaled. Still loving this car
And my personal favorite, the last year of the W220, a 2006 S430 with the AMG bodykit. Huge backseat is great for a babyseat
